I am pleased to announce an important milestone in the evolution of our company. T&M USA, LLC has officially merged with T&M Protection Resources Holdings Israel, Ltd. to form a new global organization, T&M Group, Ltd.
As part of this exciting development, I will continue to serve as Executive Chairman of T&M USA and will also assume the role of Chairman of the Board of T&M Group, a publicly listed company on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TANM).
